My Personal Experience

I bring a sensitivity to my work as a therapist which reflects my understanding of what it is like to be a client myself.

I can clearly remember how it was to try counselling for the first time, how it is to talk about private things and how important counselling can be as a support through difficult times.  I sought counselling myself when someone very close to me died many years ago and found it extremely helpful.  From this point, I realised how much I could learn about myself and my relationships through therapy.
